About Our Guest:
Alyssa began online coaching in 2020 after receiving her CPT from NASM. She has helped over 50 women from across the country reach their goals with personalized fitness and nutrition plans that promote sustainable results, not quick fixes. She also competes in the NPC Bikini Division, currently preparing for her second competitive season. Oh, and she serves QTS as the Social Media Specialist.
